These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the ANTO VENTURA website and the purchase or request of artwork, products and related services from ANTO VENTURA.<\/p>

By using this website, submitting a project request or purchasing a product or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that you have read and understood them.<\/p>

Submitting a project request through the ANTO VENTURA website does not create an obligation to purchase and does not guarantee that a project will be accepted.<\/p>

After reviewing your request, ANTO VENTURA may contact you to clarify project details, confirm availability, discuss pricing, request additional materials or provide other information necessary to determine whether the project can move forward.<\/p>

A custom project is considered accepted only after the project scope, price and other relevant details have been confirmed and any required initial payment or deposit has been received.<\/p>

ANTO VENTURA reserves the right to decline a project request when reasonably necessary, including requests that cannot be completed as requested, fall outside the services offered, involve unsuitable submitted materials or cannot be accommodated within current availability.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ready-made digital artwork is available for purchase through the ANTO VENTURA online shop hosted on Payhip. Product prices, accepted payment methods, and applicable charges are displayed during the checkout process.<\/p>

Custom artwork prices shown on the ANTO VENTURA website are starting prices and may vary depending on the complexity, scope, and specific requirements of each project.<\/p>

The final price for a custom project will be communicated and confirmed before work begins.<\/p>

Custom projects may require an initial payment or deposit. Any required deposit, payment schedule, and accepted payment method will be communicated and agreed upon before the project begins.<\/p>

Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance must be paid before final high-resolution digital artwork is delivered.<\/p>

Requests for additional work outside the agreed project scope may result in additional charges, which will be communicated before the additional work is performed.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

4. Custom Artwork & Creative Process<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Custom artwork is created based on the information, photographs, references, music, text and other materials provided by the customer, together with ANTO VENTURA\u2019s creative interpretation and design decisions.<\/p>

Because each custom piece is individually created, the final artwork may not exactly reproduce a reference, example, mockup or previously completed piece.<\/p>

Colors may also appear differently depending on screens, displays, printers, paper, production methods and other factors outside ANTO VENTURA\u2019s control.<\/p>

By commissioning custom artwork, you acknowledge that reasonable creative judgment may be used in composition, typography, color, image treatment, placement and other design decisions unless specific requirements have been agreed upon in advance.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

5. Revisions & Changes<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Unless otherwise agreed before a project begins, custom artwork includes one round of minor adjustments<\/strong>.<\/p>

Minor adjustments may include reasonable changes to details such as text, positioning, color or other limited elements of the existing concept.<\/p>

Requests that substantially change the original concept, require significant reconstruction, introduce new materials or directions, or are made after an approved stage may be treated as additional work and may require an additional fee.<\/p>

Any additional charge will be communicated before the additional work is performed.<\/p>

Customers are responsible for reviewing names, dates, spelling, song information, messages and other personalized details during the review process when applicable. Once final approval has been provided or the final files have been delivered, further changes may not be possible.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

6. Customer-Submitted Materials<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

You may be asked to provide photographs, reference images, names, dates, messages, music information, links or other materials necessary to complete your project.<\/p>

By submitting materials, you represent that you have the right or appropriate permission to provide and use those materials for the requested project.<\/p>

If submitted materials include photographs or information relating to another person, including a minor, you are responsible for obtaining any permission that may be required for your intended use.<\/p>

ANTO VENTURA is not responsible for verifying ownership, copyright, consent or other rights associated with every customer-submitted file.<\/p>

The quality of the final artwork may depend on the quality and resolution of the materials provided. If a submitted image is significantly compressed, blurry, damaged or otherwise unsuitable, ANTO VENTURA may request a higher-quality version or explain limitations before proceeding.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

7. AI-Assisted & Digital Tools<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ANTO VENTURA may use digital and AI-assisted tools during certain stages of the creative process when appropriate for a project.<\/p>

These tools may be used for purposes such as image enhancement, image preparation, removal or modification of elements, generation or extension of specific visual elements, restoration, compositing or other creative tasks.<\/p>

The use of AI-assisted tools does not necessarily mean that a finished artwork is entirely AI-generated.<\/p>

When third-party creative or AI-assisted services are used, submitted materials may be processed through those services as reasonably necessary to perform the relevant task.<\/p>

If you have concerns or specific restrictions regarding the use of AI-assisted tools with your submitted materials, you should communicate them before the project begins so they can be considered.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

8. Intellectual Property & Permitted Use<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Unless otherwise stated or agreed in writing, ANTO VENTURA retains the copyright and intellectual property rights in original design work, layouts, compositions, branding elements, website content and other creative material produced by ANTO VENTURA to the extent permitted by applicable law.<\/p>

After full payment, customers may use their completed custom artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes, including personal display, gifts and personal digital use.<\/p>

Purchase of artwork does not automatically transfer copyright, source files, editable working files, templates or unrestricted commercial reproduction rights.<\/p>

Customers may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, license or commercially exploit ANTO VENTURA artwork without prior written permission or a separate commercial-use agreement.<\/p>

Rights in customer-provided photographs, music, logos, trademarks or other third-party materials remain with their respective owners. ANTO VENTURA does not claim ownership of those underlying materials merely because they are incorporated into a customer-requested design.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

9. Portfolio & Promotional Use<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Finished artwork may be considered for display in the ANTO VENTURA portfolio, website, social media or other promotional materials.<\/p>

For custom projects, customers may be given the opportunity to indicate whether the finished piece may be featured or should remain private. ANTO VENTURA will respect the portfolio preference associated with the project.<\/p>

Permission to display a custom piece for portfolio or promotional purposes does not authorize ANTO VENTURA to resell that personalized artwork as another customer\u2019s custom piece.<\/p>

If a displayed artwork contains photographs, names, dates, messages or other personalized elements, those details may remain visible as part of the design when portfolio use has been authorized.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

All artwork currently offered by ANTO VENTURA is delivered digitally. Physical prints, frames, and shipping services are not included.<\/p>

Ready-Made Digital Prints<\/strong><\/p>

Digital prints purchased through the ANTO VENTURA Payhip store are delivered electronically through the platform’s download system, subject to successful payment and any applicable order verification.<\/p>

Product descriptions specify the included files and relevant download information.<\/p>

Custom Digital Artwork<\/strong><\/p>

Custom artwork is delivered electronically once the project has been completed, approved where applicable, and any outstanding payment has been received.<\/p>

The final file format, resolution, and delivery method will be communicated as part of the project agreement.<\/p>

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, editable source files, layered design files, templates, and intermediate working files are not included.<\/p>

Customers are responsible for downloading and securely storing their delivered files. ANTO VENTURA does not guarantee indefinite access to downloads or future replacement of delivered files.<\/p>

Colors and appearance may vary across screens, printers, paper types, and third-party printing services.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

ANTO VENTURA offers ready-made digital artwork through its online store hosted by Payhip.<\/p>

When purchasing through Payhip, customers may be subject to the platform’s applicable terms, privacy practices, checkout procedures, and payment processing requirements.<\/p>

Payments are processed through the payment methods and providers available at checkout.<\/p>

ANTO VENTURA does not directly collect or store complete payment card details entered into third-party checkout systems.<\/p>

Customers are responsible for providing accurate purchase information, including a valid email address when required for order confirmation and digital delivery.<\/p>

Questions regarding the artwork, included files, or product-related issues may be directed to ANTO VENTURA. Technical payment or account issues may also require assistance from the relevant platform or payment provider.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ready-Made Digital Products<\/strong><\/p>

Because ready-made digital products are delivered electronically, customers should carefully review the product description, file information, and compatibility requirements before purchasing.<\/p>

Refund requests for digital products will be reviewed according to applicable consumer protection laws, the circumstances of the purchase, and any refund policy disclosed at checkout.<\/p>

If a purchased file is defective, inaccessible, or materially different from its description, customers should contact ANTO VENTURA so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution provided.<\/p>

Custom Artwork<\/strong><\/p>

Custom artwork is created specifically for each customer. Cancellation and refund options may therefore depend on the stage of the project.<\/p>

Before creative work begins, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the project agreement and any costs already incurred.<\/p>

Once work has begun, payments corresponding to completed work may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law and the agreed project terms.<\/p>

If ANTO VENTURA is unable to complete an accepted project, any applicable refund or adjustment will be determined based on the work completed, payments received, and circumstances of the cancellation.<\/p>

These services may include Payhip and its supported payment processors, which operate under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.<\/p>

ANTO VENTURA does not guarantee that its website or third-party services will operate without interruption or technical errors.<\/p>

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ANTO VENTURA is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or third-party services, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.<\/p>
