PRIVACY POLICY

Your information should be treated with the same care as your story.

1. About This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ANTO VENTURA collects, uses and protects information you provide when you visit this website, submit a project request, communicate with us or purchase a product or service.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a project request or contact ANTO VENTURA, we may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, project preferences, messages and other details related to your request.

Depending on the artwork, you may also provide photos, names, dates, song or music information, links, reference files, personal messages and other materials needed to create your piece.

We only ask for information that is reasonably necessary to communicate with you, understand your request and provide the requested product or service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information and materials you provide to:

• Review and respond to your project request or inquiry.
• Communicate with you about your artwork, pricing, revisions, delivery and other project details.
• Create, edit and prepare the artwork or product you requested.
• Process and fulfill your order, when applicable.
• Provide customer support and maintain records related to your request or order.
• Improve our services, website and creative process.
• Comply with applicable legal, tax or administrative obligations.

4. Photos, Reference Files and Submitted Materials

You may provide photos, reference images, names, dates, messages, music information, links and other materials for use in creating your requested artwork.

These materials are used for purposes related to your request, including reviewing your project, communicating with you and creating or preparing the artwork.

Please only submit materials that you have the right or permission to provide and use for the requested project. If materials include other individuals, you are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate permission to submit them when required.

Submitted materials are not sold as standalone content or intentionally made available to unrelated third parties, except when service providers or tools are reasonably necessary to operate the website, communicate with you or complete the requested service.

5. Portfolio Use and Privacy Preferences

Finished artwork may be considered for display in the ANTO VENTURA portfolio, website, social media or other promotional materials.

When submitting a custom project request, you may be given the option to indicate whether you allow the finished artwork to be featured or prefer that it remain private. We will respect the portfolio preference associated with your project.

Permission to feature a finished piece does not mean that your custom artwork will be resold as another client’s personalized piece. Portfolio or promotional use is intended to showcase ANTO VENTURA’s creative work and services.

When appropriate, we may limit or omit unnecessary personal information when displaying portfolio work. However, if your artwork itself contains names, photographs, dates, messages or other identifying details, those elements may be visible as part of the finished design if the piece is displayed.

6. AI-Assisted and Creative Tools

As part of the creative process, ANTO VENTURA may use digital and AI-assisted tools when appropriate. These tools may be used for tasks such as improving image quality, removing or modifying elements, generating or extending specific visual elements, preparing images, or supporting other parts of the design process.

The specific tools and techniques used may vary depending on the needs of each project. Use of AI-assisted tools does not necessarily mean that the finished artwork is entirely AI-generated.

When AI-assisted or other third-party tools are used, submitted images or other project materials may need to be processed through those services. ANTO VENTURA aims to use such tools only when reasonably relevant to the requested creative work and in accordance with the applicable service and privacy practices of those providers.

If you have concerns about the use of AI-assisted tools with your submitted materials, please mention them when submitting your project request so they can be considered before work begins.

7. Third-Party Services and File Sharing

ANTO VENTURA may use third-party services to operate the website, receive project requests, communicate with customers, store or transfer files, process submitted materials, and provide other functions necessary to deliver our services.

These services may include website hosting and form tools, email providers, cloud storage or file-sharing platforms, printing or production providers, and creative or AI-assisted tools when relevant to a project.

When you use a third-party link or service, such as a file-upload or cloud-storage service, information submitted through that service may also be subject to the privacy practices and terms of that provider.

We aim to share or process only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose. Third-party providers operate under their own terms, security practices and privacy policies.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

ANTO VENTURA may retain project requests, communications, submitted materials, finished artwork and related records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, maintain project or business records, resolve questions or disputes, comply with applicable obligations, and support legitimate business purposes.

Submitted photos and reference materials may be retained during and after a project when reasonably necessary for project management, revisions, recordkeeping or related purposes. We do not guarantee indefinite storage of original files or finished artwork, and customers should keep their own copies of important files.

You may contact ANTO VENTURA to request deletion of personal information or submitted materials that we retain. We will make reasonable efforts to honor valid requests, subject to information we may need to retain for legal, tax, transaction, recordkeeping or other legitimate purposes.

Deleting retained project materials does not necessarily require removal of portfolio content that you previously authorized for public display; however, you may contact us if you wish to request a change to your portfolio preference.

9. Cookies and Website Analytics

This website may use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for basic website functionality, security, performance and user experience.

ANTO VENTURA may also use website analytics or similar tools in the future to better understand how visitors interact with the website. If analytics, advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies are implemented, this Privacy Policy may be updated and additional consent options may be provided where required.

Your browser may allow you to control or delete cookies through its settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect how some parts of the website function.

10. Data Security

ANTO VENTURA takes reasonable steps to protect personal information and submitted materials from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

However, no website, internet transmission, email communication, cloud storage system or digital service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted or stored electronically.

Customers should avoid submitting passwords, financial account credentials, government identification numbers or other sensitive information that is not necessary for a project.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you.

You may also contact ANTO VENTURA if you wish to update your contact information, ask questions about information you previously submitted, request deletion of eligible submitted materials, or request a change to your portfolio preference.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Some information may also need to be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with legal, tax, transaction, recordkeeping or other legitimate obligations.

12. Children’s Privacy

ANTO VENTURA’s website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Because custom artwork may include photographs or other information relating to children, such materials should be submitted only by a parent, legal guardian, or another person who has appropriate permission to provide and use them for the requested project.

If you believe that personal information from a child under 13 has been submitted to us without appropriate authorization, please contact ANTO VENTURA so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action can be taken.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

ANTO VENTURA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, website practices, tools, legal requirements or business operations.

When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. We encourage visitors and customers to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how information is handled.
