PRIVACY POLICY

Your information should be treated with the same care as your story.

1. About This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ANTO VENTURA collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website, submit a custom artwork request, communicate with us, or purchase digital artwork through our online store.

Our website provides information about our creative services and links to our digital storefront hosted by Payhip. Certain purchases, payments, and digital downloads are handled through that external platform.

2. Information We Collect

When you submit a custom artwork request or contact ANTO VENTURA, we may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, phone number (if provided), project preferences, messages, and other details related to your request.

Depending on the project, you may also provide photographs, names, dates, song or music information, links, reference files, personal messages, and other materials needed to create your artwork.

When you purchase digital artwork through our Payhip store, the platform and its connected payment providers may collect information necessary to process your order, such as your name, email address, billing information, payment details, and transaction information.

ANTO VENTURA may receive relevant order and customer information from Payhip for purposes such as order fulfillment, customer support, recordkeeping, and resolving purchase-related issues.

We aim to collect and use only the information reasonably necessary for these purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information and materials you provide to:

  • Review and respond to custom artwork requests and inquiries.

  • Communicate about artwork, pricing, revisions, delivery, and project details.

  • Create, edit, and prepare requested artwork.

  • Process and fulfill digital orders, including purchases made through our online store.

  • Provide customer support and address download or order-related issues.

  • Maintain appropriate transaction and business records.

  • Improve our services, website, and creative process.

  • Comply with applicable legal, tax, and administrative obligations.

4. Photos, Reference Files and Submitted Materials

You may provide photos, reference images, names, dates, messages, music information, links and other materials for use in creating your requested artwork.

These materials are used for purposes related to your request, including reviewing your project, communicating with you and creating or preparing the artwork.

Please only submit materials that you have the right or permission to provide and use for the requested project. If materials include other individuals, you are responsible for ensuring that you have appropriate permission to submit them when required.

Submitted materials are not sold as standalone content or intentionally made available to unrelated third parties, except when service providers or tools are reasonably necessary to operate the website, communicate with you or complete the requested service.

5. Portfolio Use and Privacy Preferences

Finished artwork may be considered for display in the ANTO VENTURA portfolio, website, social media or other promotional materials.

When submitting a custom project request, you may be given the option to indicate whether you allow the finished artwork to be featured or prefer that it remain private. We will respect the portfolio preference associated with your project.

Permission to feature a finished piece does not mean that your custom artwork will be resold as another client’s personalized piece. Portfolio or promotional use is intended to showcase ANTO VENTURA’s creative work and services.

When appropriate, we may limit or omit unnecessary personal information when displaying portfolio work. However, if your artwork itself contains names, photographs, dates, messages or other identifying details, those elements may be visible as part of the finished design if the piece is displayed.

6. AI-Assisted and Creative Tools

As part of the creative process, ANTO VENTURA may use digital and AI-assisted tools when appropriate. These tools may be used for tasks such as improving image quality, removing or modifying elements, generating or extending specific visual elements, preparing images, or supporting other parts of the design process.

The specific tools and techniques used may vary depending on the needs of each project. Use of AI-assisted tools does not necessarily mean that the finished artwork is entirely AI-generated.

When AI-assisted or other third-party tools are used, submitted images or other project materials may need to be processed through those services. ANTO VENTURA aims to use such tools only when reasonably relevant to the requested creative work and in accordance with the applicable service and privacy practices of those providers.

If you have concerns about the use of AI-assisted tools with your submitted materials, please mention them when submitting your project request so they can be considered before work begins.

7. Third-Party Services, Online Store & File Sharing

ANTO VENTURA uses third-party services to operate its website, manage its online store, receive project requests, communicate with customers, process payments, deliver digital products, and support creative work.

These services may include:

  • Payhip: Our external online storefront, used to display and sell ready-made digital artwork and provide digital downloads.

  • Payment providers: Payment processing services connected to Payhip, which handle payment information according to their own terms and privacy practices.

  • Website hosting and form services: Tools used to operate antoventura.com and receive custom artwork requests.

  • Email and cloud storage services: Services used for communication, file storage, and digital artwork delivery.

  • Creative and AI-assisted tools: Third-party tools used when reasonably necessary for specific creative tasks.

When you visit or purchase through our Payhip store, information you provide may also be processed according to Payhip’s Privacy Policy and the policies of the applicable payment providers.

ANTO VENTURA does not directly collect or store complete payment card details entered through third-party checkout systems.

We aim to share or process only the information reasonably necessary for the relevant service. Third-party providers operate under their own terms, security practices, and privacy policies.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

ANTO VENTURA may retain custom artwork requests, customer communications, submitted materials, finished artwork, order information, and related business records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, manage transactions, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business purposes.

Information associated with purchases made through Payhip may also be retained by that platform or its payment providers according to their respective policies and applicable requirements.

Submitted photographs and reference materials may be retained during and after a project when reasonably necessary for project management, revisions, or recordkeeping.

We do not guarantee indefinite storage of submitted files or finished artwork. Customers should keep their own copies of important digital files.

You may contact ANTO VENTURA to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.

For information maintained independently by Payhip or another third-party provider, you may also need to contact that provider directly.

9. Cookies and Website Analytics

The ANTO VENTURA website may use cookies and similar technologies necessary for website functionality, security, performance, and user experience.

Our external storefront is hosted by Payhip, which may use its own cookies and related technologies according to its privacy and cookie policies.

ANTO VENTURA may use website analytics or similar tools to understand how visitors interact with our website. If non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies are implemented, we will review applicable notice and consent requirements and update our privacy practices as needed.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.

10. Data Security

ANTO VENTURA takes reasonable steps to protect personal information and submitted materials from unauthorized access, loss, misuse or disclosure.

However, no website, internet transmission, email communication, cloud storage system or digital service can be guaranteed to be completely secure. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information transmitted or stored electronically.

Customers should avoid submitting passwords, financial account credentials, government identification numbers or other sensitive information that is not necessary for a project.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These may include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we maintain about you.

You may also contact ANTO VENTURA if you wish to update your contact information, ask questions about information you previously submitted, request deletion of eligible submitted materials, or request a change to your portfolio preference.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Some information may also need to be retained when reasonably necessary to comply with legal, tax, transaction, recordkeeping or other legitimate obligations.

12. Children’s Privacy

ANTO VENTURA’s website and services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13.

Because custom artwork may include photographs or other information relating to children, such materials should be submitted only by a parent, legal guardian, or another person who has appropriate permission to provide and use them for the requested project.

If you believe that personal information from a child under 13 has been submitted to us without appropriate authorization, please contact ANTO VENTURA so the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action can be taken.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

ANTO VENTURA may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our services, website practices, tools, legal requirements or business operations.

When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised. We encourage visitors and customers to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how information is handled.
